OBD2 Scanner

HI All,
I have brought a OBD 2 scanner so I can monitor my ford ranger gear box temp while towing
my caravan.

I have the paid version of Car Scanner and OBD Fusion, but having issues putting in the
PID for the transmission temp into my iPhone.

Any feed back on how to enter the data correctly would be appreciated.

Which scanner did you get?
Some of the cheaper scanners don't read all the modules.
